Please note that the policies listed in this section only apply to pre-designed products from the shop. You may contact me directly if you would like to discuss payment, shipping, etc. regarding any digital and semi-custom packages. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax is only charged for the state of Colorado.
HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
Enter your code in the PROMO CODE step during checkout and click APPLY. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days from when your order is placed. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return — qualifying orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once the returned item(s) are received by Amy Zhang Creative, the charges will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be excluded from the return amount. Used, opened, and/or final sale items do not qualify for return. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin your return process, if you have questions, or would like to check if your item is eligible for return.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Once your qualifying item is received by Amy Zhang Creative, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and the charges placed on your card will be credited to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND
Refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact me at email@example.com.
